Safe Harbour Assurance Agency is looking for two (2) Telesales executives who can speak Mandarin and English

The ideal candidate is expected to generate new business, as well as retain existing business by matching up individuals with suitable personal insurance coverage over the phone.

WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY

RATE: RM 3,750- 6,000 MONTH PLUS TARGET INCENTIVE
 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and respond to customers’ inquiries promptly with accurate information and suitable solutions

• Build and maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Going the extra mile to engage customers

• Conduct outbound customers call with a required minimum number of calls daily

• Follow up on quotation timely and professionally
   

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills

• High proficiency in English language both speaking and writing

• Proficient in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

• Sales driven and Self-motivated

• Meticulous and able to multitask

• Possess good computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Have strong and stable internet connections.
