Performance-driven professional with 20+ years of combined expertise in Human Resources management, Business Transformation and Technologies. Architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives by streamlining processes and capitalize from organizational growth opportunities.
Throughout 20 years of experience with national carrier, been directly involved with three (3) major transformations of the company including recent transformation program. Responsible for developing a human resources strategy and planning framework for newco in operation and technology stream.
Managing several key projects such as digitalization of human resources, travel system staff (cloud based), implementation of human resource management system and new WOW (Way of Working) which almost all projects can be completed before agreed timeline.
In terms of crisis management, leading the Human Resource Command Center for two (2) MH370 and MH17 incidents involving more than 2,000 volunteers, collaborations and engagements with internal and external parties such as PDRM, DCA, Khazanah and others.
In EPF, successfully implemented the myFlex flagship project which has successfully cultivate to a more flexible and futuristic work culture. This involves engagement and collaboration with management, unions and all EPF staff throughout Malaysia. This engagement includes roadshows and briefings, providing Helpdesk advisory for staff in need of assistance.
